By accessing or using pepe.business ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

pepe.business provides a unified API and dashboard for publishing, messaging, promoting, and analyzing content across multiple social media platforms. The Service includes features such as Auto-Pilot (AI-powered content generation), analytics, billing, and integrations with third-party social networks.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys, and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
  • Post, upload, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
  • Attempt to access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the Service
  • Use the Service to send unsolicited communications or spam
  • Resell or sublicense the Service without written permission
  • Use the Service in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any server, network, or third-party platform

5. Social Platform Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with the terms of service, acceptable use policies, and API guidelines of each third-party social platform you connect (including but not limited to Twitter/X, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and others). pepe.business is not responsible for any suspension, ban, or restriction imposed by third-party platforms on your accounts.

6. AI-Generated Content

The Service includes AI-powered features (Auto-Pilot, Generate Suite) that produce text, images, and videos. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before publication. pepe.business is not liable for any harm, offense, or damage caused by AI-generated content published through the Service.

7. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. Usage-based charges (for connected accounts exceeding your plan limit) are billed at the end of each billing cycle. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We use Stripe as our payment processor; your payment information is handled by Stripe and not stored on our servers.

8. API Usage and Rate Limits

The Service enforces rate limits to ensure fair usage. Exceeding rate limits may result in temporary or permanent suspension of API access. We reserve the right to modify rate limits at any time.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding user-generated content), is the property of pepe.business and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to the content you publish through the Service.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe you have engaged in fraudulent or abusive behavior. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, pepe.business shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
