Update a Clip Rewards Claim

PATCH /api/v1/clip-rewards/claims/{id}

Update the raw view count on a claim. pepe.business pulls platform metrics on a schedule, but clippers can also self-report — both paths flow through the same auto-fraud filter.

Auto-fraud filter

pepe.business applies a 30% penalty to views that match bot-like patterns:

Sudden view spikes (>500% baseline in <1h)
Views from known bot IPs (matched against a community blocklist)
Views with abnormal geography distribution
Views from suspended/flagged accounts at the platform level

The penalty ratio is per-claim, recalculated on every update. Suspicious claims are flagged for manual review and may be voided entirely.
