Generate Creatives

POST /api/v1/creatives/generate

Generate a batch of platform-adapted creatives from a website URL. The AI Creative Engine crawls the source URL, extracts the most relevant content (product, article, feature, etc.), and produces ready-to-publish creatives for each requested platform.

Images and video are generated for you — nothing to configure. If generation isn't available on a given request, placeholder media is returned instead so you can still preview the copy and structure.

`replicaKey`	string	no	API key/token used to access structured content on the source (e.g. Shopify admin API)

When placeholder: true is set on a creative, the mediaUrl points to a generated SVG placeholder — copy and structure are real, but no image/video was generated for that one.
